The P:31 Collection Return and Refund Policy
All Sales Final:
At The P:31 Collection, we are committed to providing high-quality products that reflect the beauty, strength, and dignity of the Proverbs 31 woman. Due to the nature of our products, (all sales are final). We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@p31collection.org with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating shipping details), please contact us immediately after placing the order at admin@p31collection.org. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
The P:31 Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience a lost or stolen package.
